The XL Capital Ltd group of companies support initiatives and programs that reach out to our communities and raise awareness of important social needs. We also strive to integrate sustainable thinking into the way we do business.

Support for employee volunteerism is at the heart of our CSR philosophy. We have employee committees which coordinate activities in Europe, UK, US and Bermuda. Individual charitable donations are encouraged with a matching gifts program in the US and Bermuda.

At a corporate level, the XL Foundation Ltd supports numerous philanthropic initiatives, focusing primarily on Education.
